A small firm, by intention.
Compass — Fund Compliance & Consulting S.à r.l. was founded on 12 November 2020 in Luxembourg. We work as a specialist firm: a deliberately limited number of mandates, each one led by a partner from intake to delivery.
Our clients are typically asset managers, ManCos and AIFMs who want their fund work done by people who have sat on both sides of the table — drafting structures, sitting on boards, running a compliance function and answering supervisor questions.
We work in English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese, in person at our office in Hesperange or on the road across Luxembourg and beyond.
